How an order is made
Each vessel is prepared to order in the atelier. When you place an order, the house records it and writes you to complete payment before anything is packed. Allow several days for preparation, then shipping within the United States. You will receive a note when it leaves the dark.
If it does not suit her
Unopened vessels may be returned within fourteen days of arrival. Write the house first — we will tell you how to send it home. Opened skincare, for her safety and yours, cannot travel back. If something arrives wounded, we make it right.
What we keep
Your name, where to send the box, and how to write you. We do not sell this. We do not rent it. Correspondence stays in the house. You may ask us to forget you, and we will.
Gifts
Ceremonial wrapping is of the house — espresso board, copper tissue, no receipt in the box if you ask. A short letter can be included. Tell us in the note at checkout, or write the house.
